1 HOUR STUDIO RENTAL – TERMS & CONDITIONS STUDIO RENTAL TIME POLICY THE STUDIO RENTAL TIME STARTS STRICTLY FROM THE BOOKED SESSION TIME, REGARDLESS OF ANY LATE ARRIVAL BY THE HIRER OR PARTICIPANTS. THE SESSION MUST FINISH WITHIN THE BOOKED TIME SLOT. AFTER A 10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £20 PER HALF HOUR WILL AUTOMATICALLY APPLY. THE BOOKED TIME INCLUDES: setup time, equipment preparation, changing, packing, and full clean-up after the session. PLEASE PLAN YOUR SESSION ACCORDINGLY AND RESPECT PEOPLE BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR SESSION. Please ensure you leave the studio clean and vacate the premises promptly at the end of your booking. 1 HOUR SESSION ELIGIBILITY 1 hour studio rental sessions are available exclusively for: non-commercial projects, non-profit projects, students, photographers, artists, influencers, portfolio and creative test shoots. Commercial productions, large team productions, workshops, masterclasses, events, or high-volume client sessions may require longer minimum booking periods. BOOKING, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Due to limited availability, 1 hour sessions are offered only during selected morning and afternoon time slots, depending on studio availability and longer production bookings. ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Refunds are available only if written cancellation is received no later than 7 working days before the scheduled session date. If cancellation is received less than 7 working days before the session, the booking becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Hirer does not attend the session (“No Show”), the full booking fee will be retained. Rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability and must be requested as early as possible. THE ADDITIONAL FEES Colorama paper background damage/soiling: £10 per metre Please inspect existing studio marks before starting your session. Overtime charge: £35 per hour Excess rubbish removal fee: £35 The Hirer must remove all rubbish that does not fit into the provided bins. PARKING POLICY Please use the MAIN CAR PARK ONLY. Do not block: the archway by the stairs, studio entrances, gates, access routes, or neighbouring units. PROMOTIONAL OFFER VALIDITY The 1 Hour Studio Rental promotional offer and pricing are valid until 30 June 2026 only. 1G1 Studio reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to studio availability and operational requirements.
