The 7 Chakra Workshop Series with Orla Wallace
In these workshops I want to share with you the healing potential of working with the Chakra system.
The Chakra system emerged from the Tantric period. Tantra means to weave together.
We experience our life as mental, emotional, spiritual and physical sensations all woven together in the flesh of the body.
If we were to consider the Chakra system as a mind body map, which helps us to navigate, understand and make connections between the body and mind, this universal model when applied to the body can deepen our relationship to our inner landscape. Chakra means wheel. There are 7 main Chakras in the body located along the spinal column and closely associated with the endocrine and nervous systems.
